Cooking with Class is a brand new interactive Rich Internet Application that provides you with immediate and easy access to hundreds of classic New Orleans Recipes including classic Louisiana inspired food dishes like New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Creole Jambalaya, Crawfish Etouffee, Boneless Quail Stuffed with Pecan Wild Rice, Grilled Chicken Muffuletta, Olive Salad, Bayou Boiled Shrimp, Champagne Oysters, Crawfish Beignets and Crawfish Cardinal. And who could forget such killer desserts like Bananas Foster, Cherries Jubilee, Fudge Brownies, Stuffed French Toast, Chocolate Pecan Pie and Chocolate Pecan Torte. And of course, that local favorite Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce.
Cooking with Class is easy to use. Just Click Here or on the graphic on the right to launch the application. Once the Application is launched, select one of the recipe categories like Appetizers, Seafood, Meat, Poultry or Vegan just to name a few. From there, you'll see a list of recipes appear on the bottom left. Select one and you'll see the recipe appear on the right hand side of the screen. You can copy and paste the text into any word-processing program or text editor like NotePad or TextEdit. You can also select a Printer-Friendly version of the recipe's webpage by clicking the button on the bottom at any time. Finally, some recipes also have videos you can play off of the Cooking With Class application as well.
